Steppe Cement Ltd is pleased to announce that the following resolutions were passed at the

Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on Friday, 25 July 2025.

The resolutions for the AGM were as follows:

Resolution 1

To receive and adopt the audited financial statements for year ended 31 December 2024.

Resolution 2

To re-elect the following Directors who offered themselves for re-election:

2.3 Rupert Wood

2.4 Wan Affan Azam Bin Wan Azmi
