Annual General Meeting - Attendance Request and Submission of Questions

Steppe Cement Ltd ("Steppe Cement") recognises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important and valuable platform for shareholders engagement.  Therefore, the Board of Steppe Cement would like to invite shareholders to attend the AGM via Zoom and submit questions in advance to ensure smooth proceedings. The Board shall endeavour to answer the questions received at the AGM. Shareholders who are interested should send their request to us at stcm2023agm@steppecement.com latest by 10 July 2023.
