Capital Repayment Record Date

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 5 December 2025, Steppe Cement has resolved on the details of the Capital Repayment as follows:

Ex-Date: 12 December 2025

Record Date: 15 December 2025

Payment Date: 23 December 2025

Capital Repayment of, in aggregate, USD4,350,000 in cash, will be paid in GBP and is expected to represent approximately 1.5 pence per ordinary share of no par value each. 

Further information on the Capital Repayment is set out in the Circular announced and published on 14 November 2025. 

Terms used in this announcement, but which are otherwise undefined shall have the same meanings as set out in the Circular.
