Annual General Meeting - Submission of Shareholder Questions

Further to the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting on 19 June 2024, the Board of Steppe Cement would like to invite the Company's shareholders to attend its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") via Zoom. Shareholders will have the opportunity to ask questions to the Board of Directors, who will endeavour to answer them during the AGM.  

Shareholders interested in attending should submit their request to the Company by email in advance of the AGM, together with proof of ownership of their shares, to stcm2024agm@steppecement.com by Wednesday, 10 July 2024, at 5:00 p.m. (UTC+8).

Further details of the AGM are included in the Notice of AGM as announced on 19 June 2024.
