Company Reports Acquisition Agreement

Vancouver - April 26, 2005 - Five Nines Ltd. (the "Company") (PINK SHEETS: FVNN) Carman Parente, President of Five Nines, Ltd. reports that the Company has entered into an agreement with OBGYN Cell Secure Inc. of Richfield, Ohio pursuant to which the Company will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Ohio-based company. OBGYN Cell Secure Inc. is a medical research company engaged in the area of stem cell research. In anticipation of the transaction, Mr. Bernard Cardwell, the president of OBGYN Cell Secure Inc., has accepted the Company's invitation to join its Board of Directors.
