These documents are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at \n \n https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism\n \n .\n \n \n \n \n \n The Group's AGM will be held at Investec Bank plc, 30 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP, at 4:00pm BST on Monday 16 May 2022. \n \n \n \n \n \n Management looks forward to welcoming as many shareholders as possible in person to the AGM, at which shareholders will have the opportunity to speak to and vote on the resolutions being put to the AGM.
