These documents are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.\n \nThe Group's AGM will be held at 65 Gresham Street, City of London, London EC2V 7NQ, at 2:00pm BST on Wednesday 21 May 2025.\n \nManagement looks forward to welcoming as many shareholders as possible in person to the AGM, at which shareholders will have the opportunity to speak to the Directors and vote on the resolutions being put to the AGM.
