[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\nHAMILTON, ON, March 27 /CNW/ - Stelco Inc. announced this evening that,\nin compliance with the terms of its restructuring plan, it has posted certain\nprincipal documents in connection with the plan to a dedicated web site area.\nThe documents include the (i) New Platform Trust Indenture and\nSupplemental Indenture; (ii) the New Inter-creditor Agreement and the Province\nInter-creditor Agreement; (iii) the New Province Note Loan Agreement; (iv) the\nNew Warrant Indenture, and (v) the Pension Agreement with the Province of\nOntario.\nThe documents have been posted under a separate heading (\"CCAA Plan\nDocuments\") at the following web site: www.mccarthy.ca/en/ccaa. They are also\naccessible through a link available on the Company's web site, at\nwww.stelco.ca\n\nAbout Stelco\nStelco is one of Canada's longest-established steel companies.
