(\"Starr Peak\" or the \"Company\")\n \n (TSXV: STE) (OTC: STRPF)\n \n \n is very pleased to announce another significant expansion to its ongoing drilling campaign on its NewMétal property (\"\n \n NewMétal\n \n \" or \"\n \n the Property\n \n \"), located in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt of\n \n Quebec\n \n near the town of Normétal. The NewMétal project also includes the past-producing Normétal Mine, from which ~10.1M tonnes of 2.15% Cu, 5.12% Zn, 0.549 g/t Au, and 45.25 g/t Ag were produced (Boivin, 1988).\n \n \n Owing to significant results (see\n \n July 6, 2021\n \n press release) in the Company's drill holes targeting Normetmar trends in depth,\n \n Starr Peak\n \n announces an increase in its fully funded drilling program from 20,000 to 40,000 metres on the NewMétal project.\n \n \n \n Johnathan More\n \n , Chairman and CEO of\n \n Starr Peak\n \n commented, \"We are very excited by the drilling results to date on the NewMétal project. The width and high grades of this massive sulphide body are very encouraging. We are exploring to extend the 2021 discovered zones and test possible new massive sulphide body repetitions on the NewMétal property.\"\n \n \n Drilling continues on the project targeting the deep new discovery zone below\n \n 600m\n \n vertical depth and systematic drilling of the Normetmar Upper zone above\n \n 400m\n \n vertical depth.
