Mr. Bogaert will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the wholly owned Belgian subsidiary, Smokefree Innotec BvbA, as well as for logistics and the assembling of the Real Smokefree product. Evert Wilbrink, Chairman of Smokefree Innotec, Inc., stated, “Manfred Bogaert has been a valuable Smokefree team member from day one. In addition to his new responsibility, he will continue to work with us on world-wide presentation, overall marketing ideas and brand building”. The Belgian office, located conveniently between the Antwerp harbor and the Brussels airport, will be a strategic hub in Smokefree Innotec’s plans to blanket the European Union with the World’s first totally smoke-free electronic cigarette. It will be the operational base for GM Manfred Bogaert and European Sales & Distribution VP Diederik van Duyn. Moreover, and the premises are already equipped for assembling and shipping.
