(\"Star Navigation\") (TSX.V - SNA) is pleased to announce it has\nentered into a Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U) with TAP Maintenance and\nEngineering, a wholly owned subsidiary of TAP Grupo of Lisbon Portugal.\nTAP Maintenance and Engineering, from its facilities at the Lisbon\nAirport, employs about 1,900 professionals, trained and qualified to provide\nmaintenance and engineering services for aircraft, engines and components,\nwith a quality that is internationally recognized, in a very demanding market\nwhere safety is the prime value. Upon execution of a definitive agreement with\nStar, TAP will market Star's flagship patented product the ISMS(TM) - the \nIn-Flight Safety Monitoring System to TAP's existing client base, and install\nthe ISMS(TM) on all aircraft from its base in Lisbon, Portugal.
