formal joint marketing agreement with Russell Adams Ltd., based in the United
Kingdom. The joint marketing agreement provides both Russell Adams Ltd and
Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd the advantages of co-ordinating their
individual marketing efforts as well as undertaking joint activities to market
integrated solutions to prospective customers in targeted markets throughout
the world.

with technology and I.T. solutions for the aviation and defence industries.
Providing a comprehensive range of software solutions along with business
management consulting services for airlines, MRO's, flight training
organisations, as well as special flight operators and asset management
