(\"Star Navigation\") (TSX.V - SNA) is pleased to announce it has\nentered into a Memorandum of Understanding (M.O.U) with Kharkov State Aircraft\nManufacturing Company - 'Kharkov Aircraft' in Kharkov, Ukraine for the sale,\nmarketing and installation of Star Navigation's flagship patented product, the\nISMS(TM) - the In-Flight Safety Monitoring System.\nKharkov Aircraft is a leading aircraft manufacturer and upon execution of\na definitive agreement with Star, Kharkov will market Star's flagship patented\nproduct the ISMS(TM) - the In Flight Safety Monitoring Systems to Kharkov's\nexisting client base. Kharkov Aircraft will also represent Star, and begin\noffering the ISMS(TM) to customers who are purchasing the AN 140, and the \nAN 74 series aircraft manufactured by Kharkov Aircraft. Using the ISMS(TM)\nsystem, Star will consult with Kharkov Aircraft in improving the overall air\nsafety of their aircraft.\nKharkov Aircraft is a dynamic aircraft manufacturer with over 75 years of\nexperience in the production of passenger, cargo and military aircraft.\nKharkov Aircraft has manufactured over 4,000 aircraft, including cargo and\npassenger aircraft.
