Chesney of the\nU.S. District Court in the Order issued April 8th, 2008, Star Navigation\nSystems Group Ltd ("Star") has amended the Complaint against Aeromechanical\nServices (TSX: AMA-V) for patent infringement by adding the patent holders Mr.\nViraf Kapadia and Mr. Hilary Vieira as named plaintiffs, and received\nconfirmation of the re-filing on April 25th, 2008.\n\n\nWhile the Amended Complaint could have been made immediately, Star\npreferred to give a reasonable amount of time for the patent holders to\nrespond to the request to add them as named parties. Mr. Vieira has been named\nas an involuntary plaintiff as provided for under U.S. law because of his\nstated disinterest in actively participating in the law suit.\n\n\nWith this filed amendment, Star has satisfied the conditions of the\nprevious judgement and fully expects the patent infringement lawsuit against\nAeromechanical Services to continue without further delay. Star looks forward\nto the patent infringement litigation proceeding as planned.\n\n\nAbout Star Navigation: Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd.\n(www.star-navigation.com) owns the exclusive worldwide license to its\nproprietary, patented In-flight Safety Monitoring System, the first system in\nthe world to feature in-flight data-analysis, monitoring and diagnostics with\na real-time connection between aircraft and ground.
