(\"Star\"), developer of the In-Flight\nSafety Monitoring System (\"ISMS(TM)\"), is pleased to announce the following\nexecutive appointments:\n\nMr. John MacKenzie has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Star,\nresponsible for the day to day activities of the Company. Mr. MacKenzie has an\nextensive background in aviation, including being founder and former President\nof cargo airline AllCanada Express (ACE) from 1992 to 2005. ACE was Canada's\nfirst international jet cargo airline and was acquired by Cargojet in November\n2005. Mr. MacKenzie was also a founder, former Executive Vice-President and\nChief Financial Officer of Canair Cargo, a subsidiary of Canadian Regional\nAirlines, from 1989 to 1992. Mr. MacKenzie founded and was Chairman of the\nCargo Committee for the Air Transport Association of Canada (ATAC) from 1999\nto 2005 and was also a member of SAGIT, the Sectoral Advisory Group on\nInternational Trade, from 2000 - 2003.\nMr. John Campana has been appointed Vice-President, Sales and Marketing,\nof the Company. John is a highly motivated executive whose experience includes\npositions as Vice President of Sales at SolutionInc, as well as North American\nDirector of Business Development, and Director of Customer Service & Sales, at\n3Com Corporation. John has a thorough understanding of the sales cycle, sales\nprocess and customer relationship management. This, combined with several\nyears of experience in networking product, software and service sales has\ntranslated into successful results. His extensive business relationships with\nmajor government, aerospace, financial, medical and industrial sectors will be\nan asset to Star Navigation. John also sits on a number of Community Service\nBoards and is an Advisor to the School of Business Management, Ryerson\nUniversity.\nMr. Viraf Kapadia, CEO of Star said \"These new appointments result from\nour Management and Operations Review, which commenced earlier this year.
