We are thrilled to have such experienced and\ndistinguished leaders from the aviation industry joining our team,\" said Viraf\nKapadia, Chairman and CEO.\nKarel Ledeboer is one of the world's leading specialists in aviation\ntechnical services, safety, security, and flight operations.\nMr. Ledeboer spent 33 years with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, becoming\nExecutive Vice President Operations. In 1994, he joined IATA (International\nAir Transport Association) as a Senior Director, with responsibility for\ninfrastructure, flight operations, safety, security, engineering and airport\ndevelopment. He also served as Secretary of the IATA Operations Committee, and\nwas on the Board of Governors of the Washington-based Flight Safety\nFoundation. He was visiting professor at Cranfield University (UK), for about\nten years, where he lectured in Air Transport Engineering and Air Transport\nManagement.\nJean-Louis Larmor brings to the team over 25 years of experience in\nbusiness development, strategy and management for space systems and\noperations, as well as in aircraft advanced systems for military and\ncommercial applications.\nMr. Larmour joined ADGA Group as Vice President Marketing and Sales in\nSeptember 2005. From 2000 to 2003, he was Director Aerospace Programs - THALES\nInternational, responsible for the THALES Group's military and commercial\naerospace business development in the U.S. He was subsequently appointed the\nTHALES International delegate to Canada, where he led the re-organization of\nthe existing Canadian-based entities (Aerospace, Defense, and IT&S) into\nTHALES Canada Inc.\nCharles Simpson acted as Chairman of the Transportation Safety Board of\nCanada until his retirement in December 2005.\nCaptain Simpson began his career with Trans-Canada Airlines/Air Canada in\n1956 after training as a pilot with the Royal Canadian Air Force Reserve.
