Star had previously dismissed a complaint against AMS for\ninfringement of Star's U.S. Pat. No. 7,113,852. (See Press Release March 17,\n2009). In the Motion, AMS claims that Star's actions in prosecuting its claim\nwere unreasonable.\n\n\nStar believes the AMS Motion to be without merit and will vigorously\ndefend the action.
