[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 8836L\n Igas Energy PLC\n 05 May 2020\n \n \n \n 5 May 2020\n \n IGas Energy plc (AIM: IGas)\n Annual Report for the Year Ended 31 December 2019 and\n Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)\n \n IGas Energy plc (\"the Company\") announces that it has posted its annual report and financial statements to shareholders together with the notice of the 2020 AGM and forms of proxy. \n The AGM will be held on 5 June 2020. As at 23 April 2020 (being the latest practicable date prior to publication of Notice of AGM), under current UK Government guidance in respect of Coronavirus (COVID-19), it will not be permissible to allow entry to anyone seeking to attend the AGM in person. In lieu of attending the AGM, all shareholders are encouraged to submit their vote by proxy.
