[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9593S Igas Energy PLC 30 September 2014 \n\n\n\n30 September 2014\n \n IGas Energy plc (\"IGas\" or \"the Company\")\n\n Court approves Scheme of Arrangement \n \nThe Board of IGas is pleased to note the announcement today by Dart Energy Limited (\"Dart\") regarding the proposed recommended acquisition of Dart by IGas by way of Scheme of Arrangement between Dart and its shareholders (\"Scheme\").\n \nDart announced that the Supreme Court of Queensland (\"Court\") has today issued orders approving the Scheme.
