IGas Energy plc (AIM: IGAS) ("IGas" or "the Company")
Board Appointment
IGas is pleased to announce the appointment of Frances Ward as Chief Financial Officer and a Board Director of the Company, with immediate effect.
Frances, who has over 15 years' senior management experience in international oil and gas joined IGas in 2017 as Group Financial Controller and took over the role of Finance Director in July 2020.
Commenting, IGas Chairman Chris Hopkinson, said:
"I am delighted to welcome Frances to the Board and we are looking forward to working closely with her to deliver the next chapter of IGas' development."
