Ordinary Resolution to approve the proposed acquisition of ReAssure Group plc\n\n\n571,948,945\n(99.99%)2\n\n\n15,549\n(0.01%)\n\n\n137,078\n \n\n\n\n\n \n2. Ordinary Resolution to authorise the allotment and issue of equity securities to Swiss Re in connection with the Acquisition\n \n\n\n571,331,844\n(99.89%)\n\n\n632,403\n(0.11%)\n\n\n137,325\n\n\n\n \n1 A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the votes for or against a Resolution.\n2 Percentage figures are shown to two decimal places.\n \nCompletion of the Acquisition remains subject to certain conditions and further updates will be made in due course.
