No insider trading says l'Autorite des marches financiers

(MX) (TSX: MXX)\nis pleased to announce that it has received a letter from l'Autorite des\nmarches financiers (AMF), confirming that, following an investigation related\nto the trading of MX shares by the officers, employees, representatives and\nmandatories of MX, as well as by any person or corporation having traded the\nstock, it appears that no breach occurred with regards to the laws and\nregulations enforced by the AMF. Consequently, the AMF indicated that it has\nclosed its investigation.\n\n\nOn December 14, 2007, by way of a press release, the MX refuted unfounded\ninsider trading allegations in respect of some of its officers and directors.\n\n\nAbout Montreal Exchange Inc.\n\n\nThe Montreal Exchange (MX) is the Canadian derivatives exchange.
