(\"MATRRIX\" or the \"Corporation\") (TSX-V: MXX) announces that it has granted an aggregate of 800,000 stock options (the \"Options\") to certain directors, officers and employees of the Corporation pursuant to the Corporation's incentive stock option plan, at an exercise price of $0.12 per share. All Options carry a five year term and are subject to vesting as to one quarter on the day of the grant and one quarter on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of the grant.
