Closing of this tranche results in the issuance of 3,500,000 units. Each unit consists of one common share (\"Common Share\") priced at $0.05 per share, and one common share purchase warrant (\"Warrant\"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional Common Share at 10 cents for a period of two years from the final closing date of the private placement. Common Shares and Warrants issued are subject to a four month hold period. Proceeds of this financing will be used for exploration and to cover working capital expenses.Closing is subject to final acceptance and approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
