[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0642M Staffline Group PLC 11 July 2014 \n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n11 July 2014\n\n\n\n\nStaffline Group PLC\n(\"Staffline\" or the \"Company\")\nIssue of shares and total voting rights\nStaffline announces it has issued 60,000 new ordinary shares in the Company (the \"New Ordinary Shares\") to the Staffline EBT in connection with employee incentive arrangements. \nAn application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, which is expected to take effect on or around 16July 2014.\nFollowing the issue and allotment, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 27,747,551 ordinary shares of 10p each, which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, Staffline under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
