[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0549H Staffline Group PLC 23 May 2011 \n \n\nFor immediate release 23 May 2011\n \nSTAFFLINE GROUP PLC\n \n(\"Staffline\" or \"the Company\")\n \nDIRECTORS' DEALINGS\n \nStaffline announces that it has been notified today that Andy Hogarth, Chief Executive, and Marshall Evans, Executive Director, entered into transactions for the sale of shares in the Company on 20 May 2011 in response to institutional demand.\n \nAndy Hogarth has sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of £2.455, representing 32.6 per cent. of Andy Hogarth's total interest in the Company. Following the sale he will continue to be a significant shareholder in the Company, holding 9.1 per cent. of the issued share capital, and has committed to not sell any further shares for a period of 12 months.\n \nMarshall Evans has sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of £2.455, representing 20.7 per cent. of Marshall Evans' total interest in the Company. Following the sale he will continue to be a significant shareholder in the Company, holding 5.1 per cent. of the issued share capital and has also committed to not sell any further shares for a period of 12 months.\n \nThe shares sold have been placed with institutional investors procured by Liberum Capital Limited, the Company's Nomad and Broker.\n \n\n\n\n\nFor further information, please contact:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n \...
