[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7982U Staffline Group PLC 31 July 2015 \n \n\n \n\n\n\n\nFor Immediate Release\n\n\n 31 July 2015\n\n\n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \nSTAFFLINE GROUP PLC\n(\"Staffline\" or \"the Group\")\n \nDirector's Dealings\n \nThe Company has today been notified of the sale of 306,863 ordinary shares in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") by Andy Hogarth, Chief Executive of the Company, at a price of 1400 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares sold were held under the Staffline Group Joint Share Ownership Plan (\"JSOP\") which was established in 2010 for the purpose of incentivising the executive Directors and key senior managers to achieve certain earnings per share targets over a five year period.\n \nThe beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares held under the JSOP (\"JSOP Shares\") is jointly held between the relevant Director or senior manager and an Employee Benefit Trust (\"EBT\"). On sale of a JSOP Share, the participant is entitled to the sale proceeds in excess of a threshold amount which was determined when the awards under the JSOP were made in 2010.
