[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 2125H\n Staffline Group PLC\n 04 April 2022\n \n \n \n \n 4 April 2022\n \n \n Staffline Group plc\n \n \n (\"Staffline\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Director Shareholdings and Total Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that on 31 March 2022, Albert Ellis, Chief Executive Officer, and Daniel Quint, Chief Financial Officer, were awarded ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") in relation to the proportion of their respective annual bonuses for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 payable in Ordinary Shares. \n \n \n \n \n \n Accordingly, the Employee Benefit Trust (\"EBT\") is transferring to Albert Ellis and Daniel Quint 102,407 and 73,757 Ordinary Shares, respectively. These Ordinary Shares are being transferred at an effective price of 60.38 pence per Ordinary Share, based on an average closing mid-market price for five business days. Albert Ellis and Daniel Quint now hold 422,407 Ordinary Shares and 299,077 Ordinary Shares, respectively, representing 0.3% per cent. and 0.2% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.\n \n \n \n \n \n Total Voting Rights\n \n \n \n \n \n Following the transfer of the 176,164 Ordinary Shares from the EBT, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue remains unchanged at \n 165,767,728, of which 964,236 are now held by the EBT. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury, therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights is 164,803,492.
