Block listing\n \n 737,000 ordinary shares of 15 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\"), to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be issued in connection with:\n \n \n \n \n \n a. St. James's Place Sharesave Option Plan (420,000)\n \n \n b. St. James's Place Company Share Option Plan (317,000)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n 2. Listing\n \n 3,600,000 Ordinary Shares, to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will be issued pursuant to the allotment of shares in connection with:\n \n \n \n \n \n a. St. James's Place Performance Share Plan (2,700,000)\n \n \n b. St. James's Place Deferred Bonus Plan (900,000)\n \n \n \n \n \n It is expected that admission will become effective on 23 March 2023.
