Most\n recently, as CFO, he provided the financial stewardship during ASARCO\n LLC's bankruptcy proceedings which saw $3.9B raised in cash and equity\n and resulted in a rare full payment to all creditors and claimants at\n exit.\n\n\nPrior to ASARCO, he rebuilt and upgraded the shared services\n infrastructure of HealthSouth in the wake of one of the largest\n accounting frauds in U.S. history. He established the foundation for\n compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act and that company's relisting on\n the NYSE. Earlier in his career, he collaborated with Goldman Sachs and\n KKR in leading Duracell through a leveraged buyout valued at $1.9B and\n an IPO of over $1.6B in high yield debt. \n\n\nMr. Mills is a CPA with five years "Big 4" experience\n (PricewaterhouseCoopers - New York City and Zurich, Switzerland).
