Inscription in the Correction to: Register of Companies, licences update, private placement
SStartrade Tech Inc is owner of 74% of the shares of SStartrade SA of Switzerland.
This press release replaces to the release of today as some references to names and companies are incorrect.
Please consider the following information as correct and do not consider the previous news release
SStartrade SA has been inscribed as sole owner of Favorit Centre with the Unified State Register of Legal Persons of the Russian Federation. This means that SStartrade SA is not only holder of the totality of shares of Favorit Centre but is recognised as fully functional controlling entity of Favorit Centre. Favorit Centre is holder of the licence for the rights to survey for and mine gold from the three concessions in the Transbaykal region of Eastern Russia.
The licence is being replaced by three new licences as announced on the 22nd of January, 2018.
These licences, foreseen to be ready by the first half of February, are being certified by the local authorities prior to delivery.
SStartrade Tech Inc announces that a private placement of 100’000 shares has been agreed with a individual investor in Switzerland on the 15th of February, 2018.
Other private placements are being negotiated with European investors.
