[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nSSE plc\n \nPublication of Annual Report and Accounts 2023\n \nFollowing its Preliminary Full-year Results announcement on 24 May 2023, SSE plc confirms that it has today published the following documents on the Company's website at https://www.sse.com/investors/reports-and-results/:\n· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023.\n· Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023.\n· Sustainability Report 2023.\n· Net Zero Transition Report 2023.\n \nSSE's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the Perth Concert Hall, Mill Street, Perth PH1 5HZ on Thursday 20 July 2023 at 12.30pm. This will be a combined physical and electronic (hybrid) AGM. Those joining electronically via the online platform will be able to watch the meeting, ask questions, and vote in real time. Details of how to join via the online platform can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and at https://www.sse.com/investors/annual-general-meeting-2023/.\n \nIn accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting, and Form of Proxy for 2023 have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism, which can be accessed at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.\n \nIn line with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5 R(1A), notice is hereby provided that the regulated information required under Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 4.1 R has been issued in full unedited full text within the SSE plc Annual Report 2023.
