[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9725I Software Radio Technology PLC 06 June 2014 \n \n\nSOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC\n(AIM: SRT)\n(\"SRT\" or the \"Company\")\n \nNotice of Webcast, Final Results and AGM\n \n \nWebcast\n \nSimon Tucker (SRT CEO) will be hosting a live webcast at 7.30 a.m. on Tuesday 10 June 2014. The webcast will provide an operational update on SRT's business activities and recent events.\n \nThe webcast can be viewed live by any interested person by following the instructions below. \n \nThe format of the live webcast will be as follows:\n \n1. Persons wanting to view the webcast live should go to www.softwarerad.com/media-centre/ and scroll down the page to the link \"to view the SRT web cast please click here\". This should be done immediately prior to the 7.30 a.m. start time and a simple registration process should be completed.\n \n2. Upon completing the registration process, they will be able to watch the webcast live and may if they choose submit questions using the text box on the viewing page for Simon Tucker to answer during the event.\n \nQuestions may be submitted prior to the event by emailing them to [email protected]. The identity of persons viewing the webcast and or submitting questions will be kept confidential and will not be broadcast.\n \nShortly after the event an unedited recording of the webcast will be available in the Investors section of the SRT website. \n \n \nFinal results\n \nThe results for the year ended 31 March 2014 will be published on Tuesday 17 June 2014. \n \n \nAGM\n \nThe Annual General Meeting will take place at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 15 July 2014 at the Centurion Hotel in Midsomer Norton, Somerset. The AGM will be preceded by an open session at SRT's offices, also in Midsomer Norton, during which shareholders are welcome to meet the management team and tour the facilities.
