Cancellation of Warrants

Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") Cancellation of Warrants The Directors of SRT announce that, in accordance with the terms of the warrant instrument dated 28 October 2005, the exercise period for the conversion of the Company's quoted warrants into ordinary shares expires at the close of business on 2 November 2007. Accordingly the admission of the warrants to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 5 November 2007.
