[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC \n\n (\"SRT\" or the \"Company\") \n\n AIS Class B Distribution Agreement \n\nThe Directors of SRT are pleased to announce that the Company has signed an\nagreement with True Heading AB of Sweden for the distribution of SRT's AIS\nClass B product.\n\nTrue Heading is based in Stockholm and is primarily targeting the 400,000\nvessel Swedish market with a range of marine electronic equipment. The\ndirectors of True Heading have many years' experience of the AIS market having\npreviously worked for Saab's marine division. True Heading is already working\nwith the Swedish authorities and believes that the market for AIS Class B in\nSweden and other Scandinavian countries will be considerable.\n\nUnder the distribution agreement, True Heading will purchase complete AIS Class\nB transponders, which SRT is having manufactured on its behalf in China.\n\nSimon Tucker, SRT's Commercial Director said: \"SRT has known the management of\nTrue Heading for many years and are delighted to be working with them as our\ndistributor. True Heading shares our view of the potential of the AIS market\nand we are looking forward to building a long term partnership to secure a high\nmarket share in Scandinavia.\"\n\nAnders Bergstrom, True Heading's Managing Director said: \"We have a huge amount\nof experience in AIS and have watched the market evolve and grow over many\nyears.
