We wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall be closed with effect from April 01, 2025, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The Trading Window shall be opened after passing of 48 hours of the Conclusion of the Board meeting in which the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended on March 31, 2025 shall be approved. The Date of Board meeting shall be intimated to you separately. The Designated persons have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company either by themselves or by their immediate relatives during the period of the Closure of the trading window.
