(\"Spyglass\", or the \"Company\") (TSX: SGL, OTCQX: SGLRF) announces the Company and its lenders have agreed to further extend its annual credit facility review and borrowing base determination from May 29, 2015 to June 30, 2015.  The Company's existing credit facility has therefore been extended until June 30, 2015 consistent with this revised renewal schedule.
