(\"Spyglass\", or the \"Company\") (TSX:SGL)(OTCQX:SGLRF) is pleased to announce the following board of director and executive management appointments, effective July 1, 2014: \n \n \n Tom Buchanan will assume the role of Chairman of the Board;\n Dan O'Byrne will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and Director in addition to his current role as President; and\n Randall Findlay, the current Chair of the Board, will become Lead Director. \n \n \n These changes are a result of a planned succession at Spyglass to ensure that the Company retains strong continuity in leadership at all levels.
