[{"type":"text","content":"Homeland Nickel and Brazilian Nickel to Jointly Develop Nickel Laterite Properties in Oregon\n\n\n (TheNewswire)\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Toronto, Ontario –\n \n\n TheNewswire -\n \n\n October 7, 2025 – Homeland Nickel\nInc.\n \n\n (“\n \n\n Homeland Nickel\n \n\n ” or the “\n \n\n Company\n \n\n ”) (TSX-V:\nSHL, OTC: SRCGF) is pleased to announce it has entered into a\npreliminary agreement with Brazilian Nickel Limited (“\n \n\n Brazilian Nickel\n \n\n ”)\nto jointly advance the financing and development of nickel laterite\nproperties owned by Homeland Nickel in the State of Oregon,\nUSA.\n \n\n\n\n The two companies signed a memorandum of understanding\n(the “\n \n\n MOU\n \n\n ”) under which they will jointly seek development funding\nfrom state and private entities and work together on the technical\nadvancement of the properties beyond exploration.\n \n\n\n\n Homeland Nickel holds rights to four nickel laterite\nproperties located in southwest Oregon, known as Red Flat, Cleopatra,\nWoodcock Mountain and Eight-Dollar Mountain (collectively, the\n“\n \n\n Oregon\nProperties\n \n\n ”).
