(TSX: SII) today declared an\n interim special eligible dividend of $0.60 per common share for the\n year ended December 31, 2010, payable on February 3, 2011 to\n shareholders of record at the close of business on January 19, 2011.\n\n\nThe Company expects that, once its annual financial statements have been\n audited and approved by the Board of Directors, that the Board of\n Directors will resolve to have the Company pay out, by way of special\n dividend to its shareholders, an additional amount, which, together\n with the interim special dividend declared today, will represent most\n of the Performance Fees (net of related bonuses, expenses and taxes)\n earned for the year.\n\n\nNon-GAAP Financial Measures\n\n\nThis press release includes financial terms (including Performance Fees)\n that the Company utilizes to assess the financial performance of its\n business that are not measures recognized under Canadian generally\n accepted accounting principles ("GAAP").
