In addition, she holds remaining options over 411,753 Ordinary Shares.\n \n \n \n 1 \n \n \n Includes the holdings of Michelle Motion's husband, Michael Holm.\n \n \n \n Total Voting Rights\n \n \n The Ordinary Shares were allotted under the Company's block listing facility. Following this exercise, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 102,105,821.
