The board is of the opinion that her assistance in SPQS will help the Company scale new business models and will bring the Clearly Voda water brand up to speed.By unanimous vote of the majority shareholders, the Company has terminated the services of Mike Giorgi as an independent advisor.By unanimous vote of the majority shareholders, the Company is to repudiate itself from its Magnum First / Magnum Innovations smart energy device operations. The Company will attempt to recover or claw back its initial investments including common shares recovery as outlined in this elease.The Company board through a unanimous vote of the majority shareholders will attempt on best effort basis to recover approximately 2,2 to 2.6 billion shares of the company common stock which was issued towards the Magnum (and its predecessors or affiliates) including other ventures over the years by the Company ex CEO Jeff Burns and or the previous SPQS board members, which produced very little or nil results.
