In addition, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share, payable on December 10, 2021, to stockholders of record on November 16, 2021.\n\nThird Quarter 2021 Highlights:\n\n\nReceived record-level software maintenance renewal bookings of $12.1 million\n\n\nContinued improvement in year-over-year pager unit erosion on a trailing twelve-month basis\n\n\nAdded further development enhancements to the Spok Go®platform\n\n\nIntroduced the ReadyCall® Text pager\n\n\nFor nine consecutive years, has partnered with all of the adult Best Hospitals, and in eight of the past nine years, provided solutions to all of the children’s Best Hospitals named to U.S. News & World Report’s 2021-22 Best Hospitals Honor Roll\n\n\nCompleted Eleventh Annual State of Healthcare Communications Survey\n\n\nSubsequent to the end of the third quarter 2021, hosted annual Connect 21 Conference for customers in a virtual format\n\n\nManagement Commentary:\n\n“We welcomed four new customers to the Spok family during the quarter of which three were software and one was wireless,\" said Vincent D.
