(OTC: SPOM) advised that the Commercial Director of the Quebec Government Office in Beijing and Qingdao; the First Secretary of the Canadian Embassy, Francis Gagnon; and the Commercial Commissioner of the Quebec Government Office in Qingdao, Ma Lin, visited SPO Global Inc’s subsidiary Gerpang Healthcare Group on November 25, 2020. Medical Chairman Lu Fengyou and senior executives attended the meeting. The Quebec Government of Canada hopes to explore the Chinese market and promote communication and cooperation between Quebec and Shandong-based-enterprises. Based on the relevant business and company development strategy of Shandong Gengbang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., the two parties discussed the possibility of cooperation with Quebec companies in related fields.
Chairman Lu Fengyou introduced the Gerpang Healthcare Group's current collaborative project, featuring products developed from the University of Toronto, and Yale University,, on the innovations related to reproductive systems, gene coating technology, and new cardiovascular and cerebrovascular technologies.
Commercial Director Francis Gagnon introduced the Quebec Enterprise Project in Canada, hoping to further international cooperation with Gengbang Medical. Then he visited the Cerebral Surgery Hospital (Jinan) to learn about the cooperation between the Cerebral Surgery Hospital and the Toronto Bridgepoint Rehabilitation Center. Commercial Director Francis Gagnon said that the Quebec government will strongly support cooperation with Gerpang Healthcare Group that is seeking to build an international chain of hospitals specializing in treatment of stokes.
