Sentinel is an application web performance monitoring solution unlike any other, which monitors the availability, functionality and performance of web-based applications from the perspectives of the users and underlying systems.

This exceptional web performance monitoring tool allows our clients to monitor the response times of their critical web-based applications (websites, EAM software, CRM, intranet etc.) in real time, from anywhere in the business or indeed, in the world. System components (operating system, database server, application server, web server etc.) are simultaneously monitored and both sets of information are correlated, in real time, within the Sentinel Graphical User Interface (GUI).

In the event of a performance problem occurring, the GUI allows support teams to easily understand the problem, and identify the root cause. A high degree of customization allows clients to configure alert thresholds as well as deciding who needs to be alerted, when, and how.
