Following these transactions, Zaccheus Peh has an interest in 6,400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 13.0% of the Company's issued share capital.\nThe Company has further been notified that Tim Metcalfe, a non-executive director of the Company, has purchased 28,350 Ordinary Shares on 28 July 2023 at a price per Ordinary Share of 3.88 pence as described in the disclosure table below.
