Mr Angle served as a member of the Board from March 2019 and was Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Clinical Governance and Safety Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.\n \nSir Ian Cheshire, Non-Executive Chairman, and Justin Ash, Chief Executive Officer, commented: \"It is with deep sadness that we learned of the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Martin Angle, earlier this week. Martin was a highly respected, valued and trusted member of our Board and a personal friend to us both and many others at Spire Healthcare. He will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
