[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \nSpire Healthcare Group plc\n \n('Spire Healthcare', 'the Group' or 'the Company')\n \n\n \n \n14 May 2025\n \nAhead of its Annual General Meeting later today, Spire Healthcare Group plc (LSE: SPI), a leading independent healthcare group in the UK, issues the following trading statement for the period 1 January 2025 to 30 April 2025 (\"the period\").\nThe Board is pleased to confirm that performance in the period has been in line with our expectations and the 2025 guidance provided. Furthermore, our on-going transformation programme, which is expected to deliver at least £30m in efficiencies during FY25, remains on track with benefits weighted towards the second half of the year.\nWe confirm, as a business with 100% direct UK revenue exposure, we do not currently anticipate any material cost or supply chain impacts as a result of recent tariff announcements.\nSpire has also been recently named a founding supplier as part of the Government's National Strategic Supplier Relationship programme.
