Change to final results announcement date

Speedy, the UK's leading provider of tools and equipment hire, and services to the construction, infrastructure and industrial markets announces that its final results for the year ended 31 March 2022 will now be reported on 30 May 2022 and not 24 May 2022 as previously stated.

The Company's auditor, KPMG LLP ("KPMG"), has today requested additional time to finalise their audit process and internal review procedures. KPMG has not raised any issues to management in respect of the accounts or corporate governance processes. The Company is both frustrated and disappointed with the last minute delay.

The Company continues to expect to report results in line with its expectations on 30 May 2022.
