[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \nSpeedy Hire Plc\n(\"Speedy\", \"the Company\" or \"the Group\")\n \n \n1 June 2023\nChange to date of results announcement \n \n \nSpeedy, the UK's leading provider of tools and equipment hire, and services to the construction, infrastructure and industrial markets today announces that it will report its full year results to 31 March 2023 (\"FY2023\") on 22 June 2023, instead of 6 June 2023 as previously indicated.\n \nThe Company's new auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has requested additional time to complete its internal processes in order to finalise its audit report.
